Lynxence provides AI-assisted tools to create, edit, and publish social content. Features may change as we improve the product.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the service.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, or use Lynxence to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

You remain responsible for content you generate or publish through connected social accounts.

Paid plans, tokens, and billing are subject to the pricing shown at purchase. Unused credits may expire according to plan terms. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Lynxence and its branding, software, and documentation remain our property. Subject to these terms, you own the content you create with the service, except for third-party model or media restrictions that may apply.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service.

The service is provided as is. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lynxence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
